Our COVID-19 procedures are always being updated and informed by the guidelines provided by health authorities.

• Reception: Reduced contact at check-in, touchless transactions, sanitized registration and key cards, and paperless check-out.
• Guest Rooms: All high-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and high-quality cleaning products effective against viruses are used to deep clean guest rooms before check-in.
• Public Areas: Social distancing and the wearing of masks were observed in all public areas and when interacting with staff. Increased frequency and deep cleaning of high-touch surfaces, hand sanitizers available in all public areas.
• Hand sanitizer: Hand sanitizer dispensers are available for use by guests in common areas throughout the hotel.
