Cancellation Policy

Please take note of the following:

1. Reservations must be canceled at least 30 calendar days before the scheduled arrival date.
2. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of funds paid.
3. Cancellations made 15-29 days before the date of arrival will forfeit their deposit payment.
4. Cancellations made 15 days or less from the check-in date will be charged the full room rates for the reservation.
